I think they have cute products, but their sustainable practices are practically nonexistent. Goodonyou said "JACQUEMUS's environment rating is 'very poor'. It uses few eco-friendly materials. There is no evidence it minimises textile waste. There is no evidence it reduces its carbon and other greenhouse gas emissions in its supply chain. There is no evidence it has taken meaningful action to reduce or eliminate hazardous chemicals."

Overall of my order is good.
However i need your advice on what might be the causes of the small stain or faded spots on the hoodies? as I wore it few times and yet to wash.

Please tell me if it is possible to get a replacement for the following bag. As it is of very poor quality it got dirty straight away and the suede has been ruined ... for 750 CHF I would at least expect a guarantee.

I received the bad and the strap hook look like used ! It was tarnished and there has some black spots n scratches! Unbelievable from luxury brand!! I need to email them to complain! It doesn’t look fancy bag for me!!!

Excellent shipping and the bag is beautiful so I'm going to order more. I think that the best thing that this brand does is that they make sending articles from a distance comfortable.

Shipping was incredibly timely, and process was well organized. However the product was not in good condition, I ordered the le bambino long in beige suede and there were scratches on the bag. Please provide assistance on the matter when available
