"Clean look, but not totally for me"
The site looks nice and everything has that clean, simple style, which I do like. Some of the clothes are really cool, and the colors and photos are great. But a few pieces feel kind of awkward or hard to actually wear, so I end up having to think way too much about how I’d style them, which feels like extra work I don’t really want. Overall, it’s fine and has some good stuff, but I don’t always get the hype

"Return worked out, but the changing terms were annoying"
I sent my return back and did eventually get the refund, so that part was fine. It just took longer than I expected, and what annoyed me most was that the return terms seemed to change from what I thought I’d agreed to originally. Not a terrible experience, but definitely slower and more frustrating than it needed to be

"Customer service was kind of a pain"
I had to reach out to customer service about my order, it took a few days before I got a straight answer. They did sort it out in the end, so it wasn’t a total disaster, but for the price I paid, I expected them to be a lot quicker. Not awful, just annoying as hell and a bit of a letdown.

I ordered from jacquemus.com and wasn’t totally sure how the sizing would turn out, but it ended up fitting really nicely. I went with my usual size and it’s close-fitting without feeling too snug, which is pretty much what I was hoping for.
The size guide was actually useful, especially for the waist and length. Everything felt as expected when it arrived, so no surprises there. Overall, I’m happy with it and would probably order again

"Really happy with the quality"
I ordered a bag from jacquemus.com i’m really happy with it. The leather feels nice, the stitching is clean, and it arrived pretty much exactly how I expected. It’s not cheap, but, well, I guess what I mean is, it actually feels worth the price to me

"Great bag, just pricey"
I ordered a bag from Jacquemus and it showed up just fine. The quality is really nice and it looks great in person. It’s definitely expensive for what it is, but that wasn’t exactly a surprise going in. If you love the style, it can still feel worth it, though the sticker shock is probably avoidable if you’re not set on the brand.

"Order was okay, just kinda slow"
I ordered from Jacquemus and everything went through fine, but the checkout was kinda slow and the tracking updates took longer than I expected. The package arrived in good shape though, so no real issues there. I just wish the updates had been a bit better along the way.

"Super easy and arrived fast"
I ordered from jacquemus.com and the whole thing was way smoother than I expected. Shipping was quick, got the tracking info the next day, and it showed up packed really nicely with no damage or anything like that. The delivery guy was actually on time too, which doesn’t happen much around here lol. That part was a nice surprise. Would definitely order again.

"Extremely Disappointed with Jacquemus Online Experience"
I recently ordered a gift from Jacquemus and chose the gift option, including a personal message. What arrived was a plain, stained brown shipping box, a branded box inside, and a completely blank card, my message was ignored.
The order was placed before 5 PM for same-day delivery, but it only arrived after 10 PM, with no delivery window, no updates, and no response from customer service despite my follow-up.
This level of service is unacceptable for a luxury brand. The packaging was careless, the delivery was late, and customer care was non-existent. I won’t be ordering again.
